Administration
The Borough Administrator is appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council. He is designated by Ordinance 48-15 as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Borough and is responsible to the governing body for the proper administration of his office.

Finance Department
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the receipt, investment and disbursement of all municipal funds, which includes preparation, supervision and maintenance of all the financial records of the Borough as well as debt management, grant management, payroll, purchasing and accounts payable.

Fire Prevention Bureau
The Fire Prevention Bureau is charged with inspecting all commercial properties in the Borough of Eatontown on an annual basis. In a situation where a violation occurs, business owners are given from 24 hours to 30 days to correct the problem depending on the severity of the situation.
