This innovative approach ensures that while the town collects consistent and predictable revenue from new developments like Netflix, those funds can be strategically directed toward critical infrastructure upgrades, such as road repairs, water systems, and public safety improvements. Rather than burdening taxpayers with the full cost of these essential updates, the PILOT program helps ease that load, ensuring everyone benefits from a stronger, better-equipped Eatontown.
