Council President Virginia East is serving her second term on Borough Council. She is married to Ken and has two married sons and four grandchildren. She has been an Eatontown resident since 1970. Virginia received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, a Master of Science Degree in Pupil Personnel Services, and a Master of Science Degree in Education Leadership and Administration all from Monmouth University. She is a retired educator and school Principal.
