Overview

The Tenant Rights Committee works with tenants from our many apartment complexes and mobile home parks to assure them an excellent quality of life. Tenants comprise 55% of Eatontown residents. The Tenants Rights Committee will introduce you to all the rights you have as a tenant.

Anyone interested in attending a meeting is welcome. All meetings are open to the public.

Anyone seeking to volunteer on the committee please download  Citizen Leadership Form (PDF) then submit the completed form by emailing the Borough Clerk.
