Adults class, ages 14+

Channel your inner Rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

Each 2-4 minute song is carefully calibrated with interval peaks and extended fat burning sequences, providing you with the best workout in the shortest span of time. After you’re done rocking out in a 45-minute POUND class, you’ll have completed up to thousands of reps, performed over 30 extended interval peaks, and zipped through more than 70 techniques without even realizing it.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.


Kids class, ages 5-13

Our youth-oriented program (Generation POUND) fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills for school-aged children (i.e. “Rockstars in Training”) ages 5-13. A mobile program that can come to life anywhere, instructors use Ripstix®–POUND’s lightly weighted exercise drumsticks–to learn alternative ways to explore movement. 

The power of Generation POUND encompasses more than just physical fitness. Combining kid-friendly choreography and group activities, it promotes social and emotional well-being by fostering relationships, building self-esteem and self-awareness, and inspiring the next generation of happy, healthy kids.®

Sessions are set up in 6-week clinics, but drop-ins are available as space permits.
$10/class or reserve your space for all 6 weeks online.
