Low Impact Aerobics

In the Low Impact Aerobics class, participants work every muscle starting with low impact cardio moves, then moving into sculpting their entire body without every having to go to the floor. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and a towel.

Join us Tuesday Mornings at the Community Center, 72 Broad Street. Must be an Eatontown resident to participate age 18 and older.
Hours are Tuesday Mornings from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.

There is no fee for this program. Maximum 20 participants. Must pre-register to participate; registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
