Councilman Regan is serving his first term on the Eatontown Borough Council. He has been a resident of Eatontown since 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Loyola University New Orleans. Currently Councilman Regan is a Strategic Account Manager for a global, IT management software provider.
Councilman Regan is a member of the Environmental Commission and liaison to the Green Team, Fire Department, First Aid Squad, Fire Prevention, Youth Committee Adult Advisors, and Eatontown Alliance for Prevention of Drug and Alcohol Abuse.
