Honoring Veterans and Active Duty Service

Honoring Veterans and Active Duty Service

Please join the Eatontown Historical Committee in recognizing the service of veterans and active duty service members during our Sunday, November 4th Museum Open House at 75 Broad St. from 1 – 4pm. A Remembrance Ceremony will take place at 1:30pm. This year marks the centennial of the Armistice that brought an end to WWI. We will pay tribute to Eatontown’s WWI soldiers during the ceremony.

An Honor Garden of Flags will once again be displayed on the museum’s grounds. Each flag is dedicated in honor or in memory of a veteran or active duty service member. If you would like to help us “grow” our garden, flags and ribbons will be available at the Eatontown Museum on November 4th.  Our Honor Garden is in its sixth year and is a visible reminder of the service and sacrifice of our military men and women.

Please join us as we pay tribute to those who have served our country or are currently doing so.
