Mark is serving his first term on the Eatontown Borough Council. He is married to his wife Susan for 17 years and they have two children, Mark and Casey. He has been a resident of Eatontown since 2002 and a lifelong resident of Monmouth County.

He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design from Kutztown University. Mark is a self employed Graphic Designer.

Mark has been a member and officer of the following organizations:

• Eatontown Board of Education, 2007-2008
• Eatontown Foundation for Excellence in Education, 2005 - Present
• Woodmere PTA
• Memorial PTO
• Eatontown Baseball, Coach & Assistant Coach
• Eatontown Soccer, Coach & Assistant Coach
• Eatontown Softball, Assistant Coach
• Eatontown CERT Member (Civilian Emergency Response Team)
• Elks Member, 1994-Present
• Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh, 2005-Present

As Councilman, Mark's duties include:

• Chairman of the Parks, Recreation and Parking Committee
• Member of the: Police, Public Lights, and Tenants Rights Committee  & Public Building and Insurance Committee 
• Liaison to the: Athletic Advisory Committee, Board of Health, Environmental Commission, Local Board of Assistance, & Recreation Advisory Committee
