Eatontown Office of Information Technology
The Information Technology department provides information technology services to Borough Departments to enable them to serve the public in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Duties of the department include:
- Supports the information technology requirements of all Borough Departments by providing strategic planning, capital budget planning, and project management.
- Analyzing the business functions performed by Borough departments and making recommendations for service improvements through the development and implementation of software applications.
- Provides technical assistance in the evaluation, planning, and use of information technology to all Borough Departments.
- Implementation and maintenance of the desktop computer operating systems and networks in-house training and user assistance, and maintenance of Borough Web Sites to assist departments in providing Borough information via the Internet.
