BOROUGH OF EATONTOWN

$1,021,725 BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES, SERIES 2008

Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 for the purchase of $1,021,725 Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2008 (the "Notes") of the Borough of Eatontown, in the County of Monmouth, New Jersey.  All bids will be publicly opened and announced at the Office of the Borough Chief Financial Officer on Tuesday, October 7, 2008, at 11:30 a.m., prevailing local time ("Sale Date").

Upcoming trips sponsored by Eatontown Senior Center
On Thursday, November 20th you are invited to join us to see "CATS", one of the longest running musicals in Broadway history, at the NJ Performing Arts Center.  We will leave the Senior Center at approximately 11:15 with pickup at The Meadowbrook to follow. The cost of the trip is $35 due by November 5th.
 (Note: We will not be stopping for lunch prior to the event. Refreshment bars are available prior to the show and up to one hour after intermission.)
